Therapy for Relationships Outside the Blueprint

Therapy that centers your relationships - create time to connect, be vulnerable and heal together

Relationships are complex and when practicing relational structures outside of the norm it can feel even more complicated. Even the strongest relationships can feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or struggle with communication. I support people in CNM relationships in therapy in order to enhance their connection, communicate through differences and rebuild from hurt.

Areas of focus in CNM therapy might be:

  • Communication challenges

  • Intimacy challenges

  • Desire differences

  • Family of origin clashes

  • Stage of life changes

  • Family/future planning

  • Escalation/De-escalation of relationships

  • Opening or closing

  • Relationship Structure Changes

  • Relationship Structure Challenges

  • Domestic labor conflict

  • Feelings of Jealousy

  • Defining Relationship Boundaries

Sex might not be the reason you and your partner(s) are seeking therapy but it can be beneficial to have a therapist who is sex-positive and can invite that into the room when indicated.
